Reiki Sessions & Attunements
The Reiki healing sessions focus on balancing one's energy centres and promoting overall well-being through traditional Usui Reiki methods and Shamanic techniques. I use sound healing, crystals and oracle cards during the session.
The Reiki Attunements are one day courses that I teach in small groups or 1-1. Reiki Level 1 is all about the self and inner healing, with a focus on the Chakra system and Reiki hand positions. Reiki Level 2 focuses on learning the Reiki symbols, Distant healing and offering professional Reiki sessions. Reiki Master Level is the final level after which one can begin to teach and attune others to Reiki. With each level, I offer the traditional Usui method as well as teaching in a Shamanic way, plus delving into sound healing, crystals, etc.
Prices:
- 1 hour Reiki session: €65
- 1.5 hour Reiki session: €95
- Reiki Level 1 Attunement: €200
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement: €270
- Reiki Master Level Attunement: €350
Reflexology Sessions
Reflexology promotes homeostasis in the body, which means a state of harmony and balance of all the bodies internal systems.
These 1 hour sessions are deeply relaxing and help one to sleep better while also energising the body and grounding the client.

Sound Healing Sessions
Experience the healing power of nature with a Sound Healing session, where I call in the elements, cardinal directions and energies of the natural world to restore harmony within the emotional and physical body.
I incorporate the sounds of the Paiste Synodic Moon Gong, Peter Hess singing bowls, Shamanic drumming, Shamanic Rattles, Rainsticks, Koshi Chimes, Ocarinas and my voice throughout the session. I work in a Shamanic way, while also using crystals and oracle cards.
